ABRCMS 2008

Durante el 5 al 8 de noviembre de 2008 fui participe del Annual Biomedical Research Conference for Minority Students in Orlando, FL celebrado en Coronado Spring Resort. Durante este congreso tuve la oportunidad de presentar mi investigacion en el area de microbiologia. En la misma tambien participe de conferencias tales como: Nanomaterials and Health: The Good the Bad and the Ugly por Martin Philbert,PhD; Choosing Sex: How Germ Cells Take the Road Less Traveled por David C. Page, PhD; How Bacteria Talk to Each Other por Bonnie Bassler, PhD.; entre otros. Ademas este foro sirve como un agente de integracion cientifica el cual permite el dasarrollo de proyectos y el intercambio de ideas creando una red de contactos par futuras colaboraciones.
